Computing and ICT
The department provides courses for the BEd and Liberal Arts Degrees and the PGCE (IME). All students prove their competence in ICT by submitting portfolios for the College Certificate. For Education students the focus is on personal competence and application of skills in the classroom. For Liberal Arts students, the focus is on personal competence and application of skills in the workplace. Secondary Education students can opt for an academic course in ICT which they follow for two years.
