The Antrim GAA Dermot Earley Youth Leadership Initiative for 2019-20 has just wrapped up another successful term at St Mary's University College. Fifteen participants, boys and girls from various Antrim GAA clubs, began the first set of modules in October 2019 with the remaining courses taking place during January and February 2020.

The modules cover topics such as:

• player burnout

• role playing

• dealing with conflict

• conflict resolution

• debating skills.

The participants will now have to deliver a presentation on the chosen project they have been researching over the past four weeks.
