Students from St Mary’s University College who received Aisling Bursaries at a Reception on Tuesday, 6th September.
The students are Cailin Fox, BEd Irish; Deaglan Murphy, BEd Irish; Rioghnach Conlon, BEd Irish and Una Simpson, PGCE Irish Medium Education.
The awards were made by Joe Clarke and sponsored by An Nasc—Padraig O Cleirigh Scholarships
St Mary’s was represented on the night by Dr Gabrielle NigUidhir, Senior Tutor for Development, who is pictured below with Gerry McConville, Chair of the West Belfast Partnership Board; Peter Weir MLA, Minister for Education; Geraldine McAteer, CEO West Belfast Partnership Board and Máirtín Ó Muilleoir MLA, Minister for Finance.
The West Belfast Partnership Board event was also attended by David Fitsimmons (Ace Taxis Aisling Bursary)
and Paul Maskey MP.

The Order of Presentation for the 17th Annual Aisling Bursaries, which details all 45 student recipients, is also available.
