The Estates Department is responsible for the provision of the following College facilities:
- Security / Caretaking / Portering / Transport
- Premises maintenance – internal & external repairs, grounds, new build projects
- Catering – dining hall, staff room, snack bar
- Facility hire for conferences, functions, sports use, ICT, meetings for outside bodies etc.
- Premises management: Insurance, Health & Safety, Fire prevention, Energy efficiency and Telephone system
